In cases you want to keep price for more long time, you should inform us before quoting  and commit quanity during peroid of keeing price

2/ Cylinder

• Refund cylinder cost condition: quantity per design reach 500.000pcs
• Warranty: 1 year – 300.000 cycles
• Storage: within 2 years, we will detroy if no repeated order within 2 years

3/ Payment term: 30% deposit + 70% T/T againts docs, LC at sight , open account

5/ Social and quality certification

Our standard Social certification is BSCI and Sedex. Quality is ISO 9001-0100, CTPAT , Iso 22000:2018, GRS

6/ Shipment time

Shipment time we inform to client always is goods ready date at factory

Tolerance for shipment time is +/- 7 days.

7/ Testing

• Factory’s standard
  • Loading test for sewn bag
    • Static: 15kg – 20kg
    • Dynamic: 10kg -12kg
  • Loading test for ultrasonic bag
    • Static: 10-12kg
    • Dynamic: 7-10kg

• Color fassness for fabric
• Guaranteed Chemical testing : Azo free, low cadmium, reach (SVHC 209 substances + Annex XVII), California Prop 65 is standard chemical testing for reuse shopping bag. We can guarantee passing testing. You should pay these tesing cost
• Other chemical tesing: If you have other chemical testing requirements, you must notify us prior to a quote and we discuss who will pay for the test and if we can pass or not

8/ Sewing thread color

We have some standard color sewing thread used for reuse bag as below:

Red: 032C

Yellow: 012C, 1205C

Orange: 021C

Green: 368C, 348C, 333C, 5757C, 342C

Blue: 300c, 072C, 306C

Purple: 513C, 7531C

Brown: 729C

Grey: coolgrey 9C, coolgrey 3C, warmgrey 4C

Pink: 2039C, 203C

9/ Technical cylinder making

Trapping + Overprinting is common technique in making cylinder and printing. We apply these techniques for small pattern on artwork to avoid not matching color defect. This may cause a change in the color or shape of small motifs

10/ Color difference

Color of product and material will be different in mass production and we control it by using grey scale

level 4 for handles more than 1.6 ton

level 3 for handles less than 1.6 ton

level 4 for fabric + film more than 4 ton

level 3 for fabric +film less than 4 ton

But sewing thread , we will apply level 3

11/ Final inspection

We will control final inspection follow system AQL level II, major 2.5 and minor 4.0
